CFX_WhoIs allows Cold Fusion to perform a Whois lookup on any domain, and returns its the full raw response from the whois server together with a derived status of the domain.

By using CFX_WhoIs to perform whois lookups, the Cold Fusion programmer can easily perform different opertations depending on the specific whois result that is returned by CFX_WhoIs.
