Although a retainer is required for new website builds, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract for your website design within 7 working days of payment of your retainer and, should you cancel this contract within those 7 working days, you will receive your retainer back in full.

To cancel this contract, please either email or write to us with your Invoice No and Transaction No, as given in your payment confirmation email, stating your reasons for cancellation. Our full postal address can be found here.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation, we will issue a refund.

For cancellations not within the 7 day 'cooling off period', please follow the instructions as laid out above. On receipt of your cancellation notice, will issue a refund less any monies due for any work already undertaken up to the point of cancellation, if applicable, as outlined in your proposal and contract.

software downloads

Because of the nature of downloaded purchases, once you have downloaded a copy to your computer, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If you have not yet downloaded a copy of your purchased software and you do wish to cancel your order, please contact us using the form provided. State your full name and address, Order Number and Transaction Number [these can both be found in the TRANSACTION DETAILS section of your purchase confirmation email] and your reasons for cancelling.

If your designated download area still contains all copies of your purchased software, we will remove them and issue a full refund for any items successfully cancelled.
